ABOUT COMPANY
Starting from 2020, BOSA Konditer LLC is successfully implementing a project called “MONKONDI” which has 2 full sets of hard and soft candy production lines, in order to:
- To develop mass candy production
- To replace import through supplying high-quality confectionery product to the domestic market
- To establish a foundation for Mongolian food exports
- To increase Mongolia’s competitiveness in the global market
The “MONKONDI” project covers an area of 1584 square meters and plans to produce 46 types of confectionery products according to Russian “know-how” on 2 fully automated lines with an annual production capacity of 3000 tonnes of hard and soft candies.
- Hard candy production line - Hard candies with and without fillings
- Soft candy production line - Chocolate candies.
“Monkondi” is the first confectionery factory in Mongolia that produces chocolate confections from primary raw material.

The main ingredients for hard candy: sugar, maltose syrup, citric acid, flavorings, food coloring. Ingredients for chocolate candy: sugar, cocoa powder, cocoa butter substitute, milk fat replacer, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: lecithin, flavoring
